Submitting an application is the first step. You will receive an offer letter by email within 10β15 business days. Registration for courses only becomes available after you accept your offer and pay the $500 confirmation deposit.
Process applications, review transcripts, issue offer letters and manage the acceptance process for all incoming students.
Start application βEnroll in individual courses each semester. Timetables are released 8 weeks before the semester start date.
Student portal βIssued within 5 business days. Electronic or paper format. Fee: $15 per copy. Unofficial transcripts available free via the student portal.
Request transcript βRequest to switch programs within BrightlyEd. Requires a minimum 2.0 GPA and available space in the target program.

Apply to graduate βTakes approximately 10 minutes. You will receive a confirmation email immediately and an admissions decision within 10β15 business days.
Alberta High School Diploma with a minimum 60% average in Grade 12 English and two academic subjects. Equivalent credentials accepted.
Minimum Grade 12 completion or mature student status (19+ years of age). A personal statement may be required.
Equivalent high school credentials evaluated by WES Canada or IQAS. English proficiency: IELTS 6.0+ or TOEFL iBT 79+. See the International page for details.
Applicants 19 years or older who don't meet standard requirements may qualify under mature student status. Contact an advisor to discuss your situation.
Tuition refunds are calculated from the official withdrawal date recorded by the Registrar's Office. Verbal notice is not accepted.

Students withdrawing for medical reasons may apply for a full tuition refund (less deposit) regardless of timing, with written documentation from a licensed physician. Contact the Registrar within 5 business days of your last class.
Official transcripts carry the Registrar's signature and institutional seal. They are required for transfer credit, employer verification and further study applications.

Choose delivery format (electronic or paper) and recipient details.
Pay by credit card or debit through the secure payment portal.
You'll receive an email confirmation. Electronic transcripts are sent within 2 business days.
Transcript requests will not be processed if you have an outstanding balance on your student account. Clear any holds first through the Finance Office.
